Airtek Heatless Dryers (TL Series) remove water vapor from compressed air through the adsorption and pressure swing process. Utilizing the twin tower design and a solid state controller, compressed air is directed through one tower where water vapor is adsorbed, a portion of that dried air is then directed through the other tower to regenerate (purge) that off stream bed of the moisture adsorbed during the previous cycle. The TL Series Dryer is designed to provide a dew point of -100°F (-73°C) for the most critical of drying applications. Airtek dryers utilize up flow drying and down flow regeneration in order to minimize the effects of any liquid slugging of the unit.
